Wayne has spent a 35-year career in business development, mergers and acquisitions, operations and capital markets, and currently serves as the CEO at Medic Holdings Corp./Agility Health, Inc. Prior to joining Medic/Agility, Mr. Cockburn was an investment banker with International Capital Management/Gravitas Securities where he focused on emerging companies in the life sciences and technology industries. Prior to joining ICM/Gravitas, Mr. Cockburn was President and CEO of iTech Medical, Inc. from 2003 until 2011. Mr. Cockburn re-joined iTech in 2012 as President and CEO. Prior to iTech, Mr. Cockburn was President at MPR Health Systems from 2002 until 2003 and Executive Vice President from 2000 until 2002. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Cockburn was Vice President, Business Development for Lorus Therapeutics, a public biotechnology company. Mr. Cockburn’s background includes strategic planning, corporate finance, corporate partnering, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Cockburn has served on the board of directors of several private and public companies and currently serves on the boards of two private companies.

Mr. Randy Koroll, B.A., has been the Chief Financial Officer of Agility Health, Inc. since March 8, 2018. Mr. Koroll has been the Chief Financial Officer of Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd., since May 27, 2009. Mr. Koroll serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Parta Sustainable Solutions Inc. He is a Partner of Uniglobe Management Ltd. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of Nevada Exploration Inc. since 2006. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Bassett Media Group Corp. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Aquarius Capital Corp. since May 1, 2008. He served as Treasurer of Fernhill Corp. ( a/k/a Global Gold Corp.). He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Kilo Goldmines, Inc. and Parta Growth Capital I Inc. Mr. Koroll served as Chief Financial Officer of Grasslands Entertainment, Inc. since September 2008 and Lakeside Minerals Inc. since December 11, 2008. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Scorpio Capital Corp. (now Prime City One Capital Corp.), Citadel Gold Mines Inc. and Blue Ribbon Capital Corp. Mr. Koroll served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lakota Resources Inc. since 2007 and Gemini Acquisitions Inc.
He worked in public practice in Toronto, as a Senior Manager - Small Business sector. He has over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry, mainly focusing on the small -medium sized business segments for public accounting firms such as Al an H. Korol from 1988 to 2007, Infreon Inc. from 2004 to 2005, Schwartz Levitsky Feldman since 2005 and Farnham & Co from 2005 to 2006. Mr. Koroll serves as a Director at Global Gold Corp., Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd and Citadel Gold Mines Inc. He served as Director of Fernhill Corp. and The Mint Corporation. He is a speaker for the TSX-Venture Exchange in their seminar series. Mr. Koroll holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto with a double major in Economics and History.
VP OF OPERATIONS
Renee John has spent a 20-year career in sales, business development, operations, re-structuring, change management, and building and leading high performing teams. Ms. John joined Premier Footworks in September 2016 as the Director of Clinical Operations and currently serves as the V.P. Operations at Medic Holdings Corp./Agility Health, Inc. Prior to joining Medic/Agility, Renee John spent a nineteen-year career rising through the leadership ranks in the Home Health Care industry, working on both the manufacturer and vendor sides of the industry. Renee was with Shoppers Home Health Care, a division of Shoppers Drug Mart, for over a decade and was the Director of Long Term Care and Retirement, Leader of Change Management, and finally the Director of Western Canada Sales and Operations where she was responsible for a diverse six figure portfolio.
People are Renee’s passion and she takes pride in positively affecting culture change and building an inclusive community of integrity, trust, and respect. Renee tackles all areas from Human Resources to Finance, Marketing to Manufacturing, and everything in-between. Ms. John earned an undergraduate degree in Criminology from the University of Toronto and recently completed, with distinction, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration through the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business.
Renee is a Volunteer with Durham Children’s Aid Youth Mentorship Program and Durham Victim Services.
